2025-26 Tutoring Impact

More than just better test scores. Real progress. Greater confidence. A love for learning.

This year, Freedom City's Tutoring Program reached students across multiple sites, providing small-group, math-focused support designed to build skills, boost confidence, and help students succeed in and out of the classroom.

Using a combination of IXL, math fact games, worksheets, and individualized instruction, our staff met students where they were, with the right tools, the right support, and a genuine belief in their potential.

Students across our sites all showed measurable math growth this year. Whether it was through IXL diagnostics, NWEA MAP scores, or final assessments, the results show consistent progress across every site.

Confidence Goes Beyond the Score

Students shared that they felt more comfortable raising their hands and asking for help in class, were completing their homework, and felt more prepared for tests. Many also said they enjoyed the variety of learning, especially the math fact games, which made math feel fun instead of frustrating.

By the end of the year, students weren't just strong n math. They were more confident, more engaged, and more ready for what's next.
